Kaisa Yuebanshan

The Life Aesthetics Pavilion is inspired by the traditional ancient buildings of Lingnan, borrowing the height difference of the site to create a fenced house under the mountain. At the same time, the mountain view resources on the north and south sides are infiltrated, the building is integrated with the surrounding environment, and the mountain view penetrates from it, and the building becomes a part of the landscape as if it grows naturally. Mountain views are incorporated into the life scenes of residents, bringing the distance between man and nature closer.

Taizhou Z Center

Taizhou Z Center, the high-rise center and shopping center in diago-nal form a convenient pedestrian flow path across the base. With this hidden oblique axis, the L-shaped main building, the Nanyang Science and Technology Building on the west and the residential slabs of Yulan Plaza on the north nat-urally enclose to form a public and open city square. This symbol indicates the façade treatment method of the main building wrapped by folded plates, as well as the flow guide of the entrance and exit of the volume cutting.

Nanning Tanjing

The project illustrates the harmonious integration of architecture and nature, creating a highly vibrant space viewing experience; the unique facade design extends from the facade down the street to the interior lobby and multi-entrance courtyard, blurring the indoor and outdoor boundaries. Built with entrance square, ecological landscape steps, characteristic art corridor, semi-outdoor swimming pool, health technology clubhouse and other areas has displayed a diversified future life landscape.

Pingyuan Mysterious Stone Art

Located in the historical district of Dehzou, the project lies in the quiet spot with the eastern side facing the Stone garden and the rest of the perimeter surrounded by plain. The design aimes to form a cultural tourism resource advantage featuring gem collection, art exchange, rare stone trading and auction. Combined with the cultural characteristics of Qilu and Longmen stone carvings in Pingyuan city, the project will become a huge mysterious exhibit itself to attract people.

Slab Hill

The Slab Hill is refining aesthetic values from the laws of nature based on the original intuition. It is simple – taking structural archetypes as the starting point and giving a new definition to naturally grown buildings that break away from the everyday practice of construction. Under the plural and freely growing umbrellas, a variety of businesses are also freely distributed and staggered, each of which is organized around an umbrella, with the area of an umbrella and the business displays underneath forming a content cell that continues to attract customers to visit and linger.

Tiangang Art Center

Taking the concrete structure of the original building as a base to be extended and augmented, SYN Architects has added a new steel structure, allowing the main facade to gradually twist and tilt outwards and upwards, transforming from walls to eaves. The original building's network of columns is not able to support the load requirements of the new architecture, so additional columns and a new structural system have been introduced. The design team has taken this necessity of engineering and given the new organization of columns an aesthetic quality.
