Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Headquarters

The design brief is a 54970sqm commercial complex comprising one 150m high rise tower and ancillary retail podium. It locates in Nanshan District in Shenzhen City, China. The program of the headquarters includes office, retail. The client envisions the project not only to be an iconic landmark but also a cultural multi-level communal space of this region which is in line with Client's Corporation, leading tech company advocating the concept of openness, cooperation and sharing.

Wenlan Mansion

The project is located in the tourism section of West Mountain's Dian Lake, Kunming. Facing the West Mountain, the site offers an open view and is surrounded by an abundance of ecological resources. The project leverages the height differences of the area and its surrounding landscape resources. The architect strives to create vertical buildings with both style and functions, and to build an open community that shares both urban like neighbourhood and the green resources of nature at the same time.

Binh Chau Minera

The Guest House, which is the core facility of this hot spring resort is a new forest vessel that is integrated with the existing forest. It features artificial ground that extends from the ground to the second floor level, the impression of the forest continues from the inside of facility. On the other entrance side, water and plants are arranged like a waterfall from the cut surface of the ground which express the theme and lively atmosphere of this facility.

Lulu Ville

It located in Portillo Beach, Las Terrenas. The housing of 850 square meters of construction has a high-end finish. The design is based on the integrity of the materials and how they blend into the Caribbean beach landscape: the natural gypsum floor, the unpolished travertine stone floor, coral stone and aluminum with wood finish, among others. The design design consists of a combination of different textures, elements and volumes. This manages to be balanced and with a good management of the materiality, being distinctive in its facades the concrete in its natural state.

As a community shopping center, the design strives to incorporate social / public spaces into the project, and to provide a community living room for the surrounding neighborhoods. The project aims to create a three-dimensional city with variable spaces.

Sunac Chongqing A One

A One is Chongqing's future landmark, embracing energy, arts and prosperity. Located in the heart of Chongqing's financial district, the project is surrounded on three sides by parks with a commanding 270 degree view of the river. The project is envisioned to be a "City in the Clouds"- with the "clouds" being interpreted as the podium, which brings together the complexities of various functions behind a combination of horizontal metal lines and ultra-clear glass, creating a backdrop of light, shadows, reflections that changes throughout the day.
