Sunbay Park

The complex includes one five-star hotel, two condotels, water parks, numerous commercial and public facilities, which would enrich the living experience of both travelers and local city-dwellers. The modern design of this project aims to create some iconic urban shapes for the city, but to integrate softly with surrounding spaces and ensure urban ventilation as well as sea views for backside areas. The usage of Champa patterns and colors evokes the traditional spirit in a contemporary design.

CR Land Shijiazhuang MiXC

As a mixed-use development, the retail podium is the center piece and at the same time acting like a catalyst for office and apartment towers. To create a more inviting gesture, a large setback was introduced at northwest corner of the site, accommodating a grand urban plaza on street level and a featured sunken plaza connected to the subway. The transfer hall of Metro Line 1 and 3 is seamlessly connected to B1 and B2 levels of the shopping mall via sunken plaza and pedestrian walkway.

Pure and concise landscape techniques and the minimalism strategy, the perfect integration of nature. The creative of seven themes, including Initiatory journey, forest in the shuttle, canyon within exploration, green walk, mystery valley, star river, and play in the lost land. Respect the topography and rational use, collect community rainwater, build a community sponge city system.

One Villa

Su Shi once praised the natural sceneries of Jiangxi Province. One Villa redefines modern lifestyle by offering ideal secluded living spaces, making residences as ideal as the Peach Blossom Shangri-la depicted by Tao Yuanming, an ancient Chinese poet, and as the Utopia by Plato. In the Song Dynasty, residences in Jiujiang enjoyed beautiful Jiangnan-featured natural landscapes. It’s a life pleasure to travel the famous Lushan and appreciate ancient ink wash works. One Villa aims to bring in mountains and rivers and reproduces the classical architectural charm unique to the Song Dynasty.

Kujdane

Kujdane retains the old while blending it with the new. It still has that A-frame silhouette like a traditional cabin in the woods but takes a step closer and sees that the structure has been tweaked with modern architectural elements. Wood is of course the element of choice to evoke that warm, cozy, cabin vibe and is complimented with cool-toned interior details for balance. The cabin is elevated by the sloping A-frame sides which makes it look like it is effortlessly hovering above ground level without visible stilts or pillars.

Gilak

In the project, an attempt has been made to use the climatic techniques of temperate and humid regions in Iran; which control humidity, wind, and radiation and bring the standard of living closer to the comfort range. These items work best in the form of a nine-square geometric technique and are based on the geometry of Iranian architecture and Iranian carpets. The main mass of the building is formed around the central axis, which is designed as an integrated void and on all floors, there are openings to it from all four directions, which cause airflow and moisture to escape from inside.
