Wacai Headquarters

Wacai headquarters located in Hangzhou, China is designed as a green and sustainable north-south facing building with extensive skyrise greenery incorporated within. The cylindrical architecture form allows maximum natural light into the interior space thus minimize the use of artificial lighting in the office spaces within. It is designed with extensive landscapes all over the site to offset carbon emissions as well as to regulate the ambient temperature in a bid to cut down on the reliance of climate control systems.

Dongguan CBD Parking Building

The inspiration of this project combines both the unique meandering water bodies of Dongguan and the unique core location of the site, the design team proposing to extend the two major streets as flowing, water like ribbons, in order to reform the chaotic existing parking conditions in the vicinity and establish the spatial and facade languages for the new garage building. Using the "infinitely flowing loops" to organize the traffic circulation, two independent yet equally dynamic curves spiral up and intertwine, forming an architectural image as an urban sculpture.

Riga Residence

The project provides for the reconstruction of an existing residential building and landscaping of the site. The architecture of the facades of the building after reconstruction is emphatically modern, the principles of building facades are based on modernist principles, corresponding to current global trends. Contrasting colors and materials are used in the facade decoration, which emphasizes the complex and unusual shape of the building, more clearly revealing its features.

Treasure Chest

Beitou, an area with a rich natural environment and cultural assets is where the project locates. Combining the box concept to collect the local features, adoption of translucent materials, and green landscaping, an organism accompanied by greenery is created. The interior corridor, patio, and courtyard setting like the Zen Garden, moreover with teak materials, infuse a harmonious integration with the environment as well deepen the locals' emotional connection and recognition to the community.

Tp-Link Hangzhou

Tp-Link East China Headquarters in Hangzhou, is a creative office building that offers a mixture of open office areas, research and development space, and amenity programs designed to foster collaboration. The project features a strong spatial concept: the R and D function as two externally invisible black boxes utilizing daylighting, and the common space between the two black boxes is shared by all departments. The key design goal of the project is to present the brand and culture of a tech manufacturer that takes pride in creativity and collaboration.

Nagomi

The new welfare facilities was designed to meet the needs of a growing workforce. The word Nagomi means to ease the mind in Japanese. The new welfare facilities was designed to provide a more relaxed atmosphere. The design of the new building is based on the concept of a curved building with a sloping roof. We proposed a large space with a characteristic sloping roof and curved building. The design of this building is based on the concept of the factory's rechargeable battery cells, and is in harmony with the surrounding landscape and nature.
