Qingdao Pingdu Olympic Center

Qingdao Pingdu Olympic Sports Center is the first project in China to combine Space Efficiency Theory with practice. This project is the main venue of the 34th National Game, Shandong Province. Through the reorganization of the internal functional system, it not only reduces the building area, but also improves the space use efficiency and space flexibility, which makes it possible for daily use after the National Game. Based on this, these buildings present distinct characteristics in the city, establishing a precise and organic relationship with the surrounding environment at the same time.

Rencent Office Center

Facing the sea, the building extends horizontally with the shoreline, echoing the topography and the surrounding buildings. The original building has a part of terrace on the sea side, so the design extends the greenery on the ground in layers towards the roof to integrate the building into the surrounding environment. Facing the city, the view frame approach continues to be used in the facade. Distinguished from the coastal facade, the view frame here to showcase itself to the city .

D525 Barcelona

The new headquarters of the Naturgy group in Barcelona, a building owned by Inmobiliaria Colonial, has been designed through the concept of sustainable rehabilitation, recovering a building built with the aim of reducing its environmental impact of use, extending its efficient useful life. For its execution, materials of strict respect for the environment have been used and it has been carried out with a comprehensive environmental quality management plan, incorporating all the construction requirements to achieve Leed Gold certification.

Hotel South Taihu

The project aims to fit the mountain by adopting the technique of horizontal stacking. As the largest monomer of the hotel,the gradually overlapped public area in this project is arranged in the shape of L facing of Taihu Lake. After completion, the total construction area of Hotel South Taihu is about 59,000 square meters, with 23 buildings in total. The building groups are scattered with each other and exist in the surrounding mountain forest.

Yueyun Teahouse

Relying on the Fibonacci spiral line, architect have used modern techniques to create an orderly architectural form, which constitutes the spatial skeleton of the project, and completes the introduction, circulation, and integration of external space. The entire form is strictly controlled in accordance with the golden ratio, achieving perceptual beauty under rational constraints, and returning to natural rhythms and rhythms in large-scale industrialized communities.

Haikou West Coast Southern Park

The visitor center was conceived by MUDA-Architects to blend the indigenous spiritual and cultural heritage by respecting coastal and tropical nature ecology of Haikou. Due to the conspicuous location, it was proposed in a catchy shape of an oval pebble for conforming to the context and becoming a landmark to unfold the cityscape. A mirroring form of the local traditional roof was created as a shelter from the tropical climate. Glass curtain wall installed with undulating sunshades, was adopted for facade to save energy, correspond to the coastal feature and provide spacious view to visitors.
