The OmniDirectional

The OmniDirectional is an internal medicine clinic located in a Japanese suburban town of Hyogo prefecture. The core of the clinic is the endoscopy room, naturally placing it in a central position both spatially and functionally. The entrance gives directly to the central axis of the waiting room, ending in the reception counter followed by a glass opening that showcases the endoscopy room. The materiality of the clinic also plays an essential role for highlighting the endoscopy room as the core of the building by contrasting the materiality of the exterior, interior, and the endoscopy room.

Interpolation

Lacking amenities for a cultural experience, Seoul City called for a design competition of an art museum within the Seokchon Lake Park located south of Han River. The proposal is a winning scheme under development; construction is expected to be completed by early 2022. The design aims to provide a visual mark as an entry into the park. The newly introduced interpolating gallery passage connects the discontinuous outer and inner ring path, bisecting the site for a new "gateway" to the park. The new gallery will provide visitors and passersby the experience of art in their everyday lives.

the antipodal requirements of privacy and togetherness drove the concept of the villa the inspiration was the building block of digital imagery the pixel its spirit rooted in nature as their home emerged from an intent to embrace natural conditions to maximize the feeling of connectedness to the outside the architectural form emerged as a stepped form with spaces at all levels enjoying elevated pockets of greenery that also serve as congregational spaces the material expression following the biophilia features was organic wood stone and concrete with greenery forming the heart of the project

CR Land Luyang MiXC

A series of signature spaces have been created, such as the sky sports park with the first ever cantilevered running track on a shopping mall in mainland China. With a well-designed retail circulation, the designers fit a horse-track loop inside the 75 m depth of floor plan so they can accommodate more than 220 tenants with a 76,115 sqm GFA, which gives visitors a more diverse shopping experiences. A unique green space is also introduced at every level of the mall to enhance indoor and outdoor connections.

Longfor Hefei Paradise Walk

Longfor Hefei Paradise walk is a regional shopping center in Hefei. The project takes advantage of TOD comprehensive development. It connects the underground level of Metro line2 in the west, and the ground level of terminal bus station in the east. In the interior, the project circulates through three main theme atriums of Ferry, River Valley and Harbor. In the exterior, the project creates three roof gardens on different floors. It has become a brand new city landmark in Hefei.

CapitaLand Ascendas Plaza Renovation

The framework was formulated and crafted by overlaying corporate workplace, co-working space and retail with a community inspired experience, resulting in a unified and distinct design language - a sequence of unique and characteristic spaces that encourages social interaction. Designers created a dialogue between the building and the urban environment, at the same time, the elaborate facade improves the aesthetics of the district.
