The space, created by folding white, thin slabs that have lost their mass and texture, shifts the axis of sensory interpretation from figurative to abstract and deepens understanding of formless events. The inside-their-side continuity facilitated by the building, and the abstract phenomena that result from its relationship with nature, make them aware that the basis of both is the same and shorten the distance between the two at once, merging them into one.
Continue readingThe appearance of the reconstructed building has a subversive and innovative performance. Surrounding the original three container-style iron-clad buildings, the basic geometrical structures are interspersed and cut in two-dimensional and three-dimensional spaces, forming shapes scattered in the space, and thus dividing different areas. The functional attributes of space are very rich. From the reception area, the salon area to the exhibition area, the flow of movement is immersive and coherent, but it dramatically increases the possibility of five senses.
Continue readingThe project is located in the Zhaobukou plot of Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City. As the core of CLD in Shijiazhuang, the project is closely next to the sports park on the west and enjoys rich high-end resources of the city. The designers hoped to extend the natural resources into the side and further connected the urban park and residences, forming a green corridor. It serves as a sales center at the early stage and will be transformed into a public service facility.
Continue readingThe entrance is in the unremarkable corner. With a long overhang, the horizontal transitional space presents an implicit feeling, inviting visitors to enter the space. At the front yard, landscape elements refer to classic Chinese gardens and get reorganized based on local conditions. Detailed parts reveal a tranquil atmosphere. The team tried to build a quiet space from multiple dimensions from the veranda to the dynamic metal art installation. Here, residents can get away from the noise city.
Continue readingThrough an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces. A Design capable of positively impacting the urban space, people's lives and being an icon for the city.
Continue readingThe designers considered not only the facade and house type, but also the spatial layout and living atmosphere. To ensure an overall unified facade effect, materials like stone, natural stone coating, high-grade paint are selected for the high-rise residential buildings to decorate their simplistic and modest facade. Different from the Chinese-style solemn and tediousness, the design injects more vitality into the space to interpret a positive living attitude.
