Phoenix Mansion

The entrance is in the unremarkable corner. With a long overhang, the horizontal transitional space presents an implicit feeling, inviting visitors to enter the space. At the front yard, landscape elements refer to classic Chinese gardens and get reorganized based on local conditions. Detailed parts reveal a tranquil atmosphere. The team tried to build a quiet space from multiple dimensions from the veranda to the dynamic metal art installation. Here, residents can get away from the noise city.

Laguna 182

Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces. A Design capable of positively impacting the urban space, people's lives and being an icon for the city.

Dowell DoThink

The designers considered not only the facade and house type, but also the spatial layout and living atmosphere. To ensure an overall unified facade effect, materials like stone, natural stone coating, high-grade paint are selected for the high-rise residential buildings to decorate their simplistic and modest facade. Different from the Chinese-style solemn and tediousness, the design injects more vitality into the space to interpret a positive living attitude.

The Renovation of Ankang Library

The original Ankang Library was opened in 1984, and it’s facilities had fallen behind the information age before the renovation. The renovation project has rejuvenated the old library into a new, open and welcoming community space, highlighting and creating a strong contrast with its existing context. Since opening, the new library has reactivated the cultural life of the local community, and the number of daily visitors has increased from 10 people to 3,000 people.

Rachel

Rachel House was designed to ensure an open environment for the family to interact and enjoy the central water courtyard on the ground level while maintaining their privacy on the upper floor bedrooms. The clean and modern facade is derived from juxtaposing bedroom cubes where one can enjoy framed views out into the lush oriental-themed landscape garden. The ground floor spaces open into the tranquility of the courtyard and the sound of flowing water.

Zhuhai Huafa Plaza

Zhuhai Huafa Plaza is located in Hengqin Island of Zhuhai. Facing directly to West Bay bridge of Macau, the prestigious site offers unobstructed view towards the surrounding bay area. Three high-rise office towers and a series of retail pavilions are juxtaposed to create a range of internal and semi-external environments, accommodating retail facilities and office space within a simple circuit layout around two central courtyard gardens. Integrating with the waterfront and the park along, it creates intimate ground level spaces and garden courtyard in lieu of a traditional mall.
