Jolab

Jolab, The building is design as a gallery rather than a factory. The double-tiered garden on the top floor is not only for heat insulation, but redefine the relationship between the workers and visitors. The goal from the skincare factory is everyone in this room would feel that they are part of the art center and they are the ones who create the art products, not just products on the production line.

House Elvesgarden

The project was an attempt to create something powerful without being loud. A sensitive place that gives tranquility and offers various perspectives to the surrounding nature. It is all about light and the countless approaches to its counterpart: the shadow. The house was build for a young widow as a retreat for her soul. The atmosphere is influenced by the Japanese culture of semi dark shadowed rooms where the colors seem damped and the glow comes from within. A world where darkness is full of warmth and profound colorfulness.

Zadun

Zadun is the fourth Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the world. The design intent relies on the creation of very horizontal, noninvasive buildings with a well-orchestrated composition of simple massing, balance, symmetry and subtle elegance. A series of horizontal planes that emerge from the land were proposed, as well as the use of large black overhangs that accentuate the light/shadow balance, taking advantage of the unique quality of the light of the Baja desert. The ambience of subtle elegance is based on the integration of local materials both in buildings and on the outdoor environment.

Villa Attie

Embedded into the land topography, villa Attie offers a great ventilation, daylight and comfort. The house is accessible from the two roads surrounding the building. The first access leads to the private spaces of the house like the bedrooms, and the secondary access leads to the semi-private spaces. The open space plan embodied the idea of effective combination of comfort, coziness, functionality and flow of circulation. The finish levels inside and in the pool area are the same. So that once the windows are open, it creates the feeling that you are outdoors while sitting in the living room.

Jin Yue Wan

The project is located in the hinterland of the south of the Yangtze River and carries the culture of the water town. Inspired by the famous Jichang Garden in Wuxi, the traditional garden technique is integrated into the building to maximize the use of the site. Introduce the Chinese-style courtyard living concept, based on Chinese architectural styles and elements, and use buildings to carry the Chinese academy culture and create an oriental elegance.

Hua Qi

The design of Huaqi Financial Center adopts a fashionable, artistic and modern expression, integrating geometric thinking into the aesthetic design to stimulate the visual senses of visitors. The overall design is modern and minimalist, mainly using gray, white and textured materials. In addition, the interior design adopts Italian gray stone, wood grain aluminum plate finish, the building is mainly curtain wall, the landscape is mainly water features, sesame black stone material, greenery embellishment, to create a natural and warm atmosphere.
