Stacked Crystal Form

Stacked Crystal Form is an office and factory building that brings head office and production functions together in one smart factory. The exterior is composed of layered rectangular volumes of varying thicknesses, inspired by stacked crystal chips. The same motif continues inside the building. Each floor is arranged around a central atrium, and a skylight brings natural light to every level, supporting openness and contact between workers. The line lighting follows the cutting angles of crystal chips. The building has five floors and a steel frame structure.

Transport, commercial and ecological corridors are placed on separate levels. A curved concrete shell structure, inspired by seashell forms, keeps the interior free of columns.

Six buildings of three to five floors are arranged along the lake and follow the terrain, which secures natural light and wide lake views for the office areas. The volume is divided into smaller parts and landscaped rather than built as one large block. The land was once a habitat for water birds, and their spread wings inspired the flying bird concept. Stone, wood, glass and metal are combined throughout.
