Riverside 01

Its base is the representation of the movement of the waters of the river, when they meet the waters of the sea! Rhythm and lightness, following the blow of the good winds! The body of the building receives three hundred and sixty degrees of differentiated treatment, that is, in its four facades, according to the solar positioning of each one, through mobile and fixed louvers, vegetation and suitable coatings. On the Rooftop, its green slabs serve as a connection between river, sea and sky.

Ripple

Takatoku Nishi has created an architecture that allows people to experience the beauty of nature around them as it shifts from day to day. It is a phenomenon of light that is produced and drops into space by the forces of the sun and wind. This architecture is just a gimmick to incorporate the forces of nature; all it needs is the forces that are constantly occurring in the natural world.

Collina del Faro

Collina del Faro is a residential building with 8 apartments, located on a site in the foot of farol hill and next to the beach in the city of Torres-RS, in southern Brazil. It is a building that takes advantage of the natural beauties present in its surroundings to propose a dialogue between architecture and nature, achieved through the staggering of floors that, in addition to making reference to the topography itself, allow the creation of terraces with pools with a direct view of the sea for each apartment.

Norm Air

The private hotel Norm Air, based on the concept of chill and art, was designed to provide a luxurious chill experience. Overlooking the sky, forests, and lakes, the hotel offers a visual experience of floating in the sky, just as the word air implies. Designed for inclement weather, guests can enjoy the art on display at the hotel and the luxury chill experience even on rainy or cold days. Furniture and tools created by artists and designers allow you to enjoy an extraordinary experience.

F House

F House is an architect's home and office. By turning the 1st-floor office and cafe into a place where townspeople can casually drop in, the project attempts to foster community connections. The idea was that by sharing parts of everyday life in a casual and enjoyable way, a more livable community could be fostered. The area has a network of plants to increase and share, and designers wanted to visualize this in the architecture and establish it as part of the local culture. The architecture is conscious of the network in every aspect.

I Park The Urban

The project is the largest business-commercial-cultural complex in Seoul and is the world's first project by a large Swedish furniture brand to enter the capital. The work facilities, which account for a large portion of the program, were conducted with the first live-office concept in line with the lifestyle change due to the pandemic. It is planned as an independent work and residential space, and one-stop all-around services such as culture, leisure, shopping, and food are possible, enabling independent life.
