Jin Yue Wan

The project is located in the hinterland of the south of the Yangtze River and carries the culture of the water town. Inspired by the famous Jichang Garden in Wuxi, the traditional garden technique is integrated into the building to maximize the use of the site. Introduce the Chinese-style courtyard living concept, based on Chinese architectural styles and elements, and use buildings to carry the Chinese academy culture and create an oriental elegance.

Peach Blossom Future Villa

This project presents 56 single families dropping in a mountain scenic area. The integration of ‘heaven, earth and humanity’ is the overriding philosophy. Inspired by the traditional Chinese stilt house, each villa is supported by steel frames to respect existing topo and promote lightness. Large glass enclosure emphasizes the horizontal extension and creates the effect of glass boxes floating among the alpine landscape. Overall delivers a complete design of fulfilled natural belongings.

Handan Zarsion

The project was designed to form an urban square by chamfered corners to maintain the greatest interaction and openness between the living center and the city. The square formed by chamfered corners of the building is not only a display platform in harmony with the city, but also a natural convergence point of vitality. Considering that this is a long and narrow urban corner land, the strip-shaped layout can perfectly fit its overall boundary attribute. A brand new super-scale interface strongly stimulates the vitality of the city.

Zadun

Zadun is the fourth Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the world. The design intent relies on the creation of very horizontal, noninvasive buildings with a well-orchestrated composition of simple massing, balance, symmetry and subtle elegance. A series of horizontal planes that emerge from the land were proposed, as well as the use of large black overhangs that accentuate the light/shadow balance, taking advantage of the unique quality of the light of the Baja desert. The ambience of subtle elegance is based on the integration of local materials both in buildings and on the outdoor environment.

The Osmanthus Grace

The project is located in the Zhaobukou plot of Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City. As the core of CLD in Shijiazhuang, the project is closely next to the sports park on the west and enjoys rich high-end resources of the city. The designers hoped to extend the natural resources into the side and further connected the urban park and residences, forming a green corridor. It serves as a sales center at the early stage and will be transformed into a public service facility.

The Renovation of Ankang Library

The original Ankang Library was opened in 1984, and it’s facilities had fallen behind the information age before the renovation. The renovation project has rejuvenated the old library into a new, open and welcoming community space, highlighting and creating a strong contrast with its existing context. Since opening, the new library has reactivated the cultural life of the local community, and the number of daily visitors has increased from 10 people to 3,000 people.
